Ullastina Ostberg article
From : John T
Dear editor,
the attached note claims an important error in your article at: http://airsports.fai.org/jun98/jun980b.html
It says she died by parapenting, which is odd since the the rest of the article praises and romanticizes it.
Mats claims she died from base jumping... if so, it would seem the caption under her picture should be corrected.

A world competition in your home town
From : Rob & Colleen Moore
Like Ake, I had a burning ambition to have a world gliding competition at my home club since attending the World Gliding Competitions at South Cerney GB in 1965.

Its come true and in 2001 the Centenary of Australian Federation the GFA in conjunction with the Adelaide Soaring Club and the South AustralianGliding Association are hosting the inaugural World Club Class Contest.

The contest will be held in January 2001 and the work has now begun to make this no only a great competition for the pilots and crews but an interesting Australian adventure for any body who cares to travel down under for a look at the proceedings.
