Flight from the Shetland Islands
From : Geoffrey W. Raebel

I am looking at the feasibility of conducting a flight from the Shetland Islands back to the English Channel through France, Holland, Denmark and Sweden and coastwise around Norway to Finland and Russia. My intention is to emulate a flight by RAAF Hampden Bombers in 1942. If I do it my intention is to stay 'real', the flight would be VFR with no record attempts.

I am familiar with Australian terms WAC (Wide Area Chart) ERSA ((Enroute supplement (airfields)) and VTC (Visual Terminal Chart) for flight planning. Are you able to advise whether these are available for the areas mentioned, what the terminology is and where they may be obtained.

I fly under the Australian Ultralight Federation and have recently published a book on the Australian Airforce in Russia.

Thanks.
